Made a quick run into Toys R Us yesterday to see if I could get the new Great Discovery DVD for Little Man for his upcoming birthday. Luckily I went when I did...as it was the last one they had!! Phew!! Here is what I ended up getting......
-1- Thomas Great Discovery DVD, paid $15.99
-2- Thomas and Friends DVD's on sale for $9.99 each...Each came with a free wooden engine as well!!
They were running a promo that if you bought the Thomas Great Discovery DVD and any other Thomas DVD, you get a Free DVD!!!
I also had Little Man's Birthday coupon for $5/25 purchase. Not a member of the Toys R Us Birthday Club? Sign up here!!
Plus with any Thomas purchase of $20 or more you get a Free Great Discovery Fun Pack (Stickers, Poster, i Tunes Card). ($9.99 Value)
So for everything I paid just $22.45!!! Not bad at all !! I am sure if you have a Thomas lover you know just how expensive this stuff can be!! I just cannot wait to see Little Man's face when he opens them up!! He's going to be so excited!!

Great deals! My son is obsessed with Thomas!
ReplyDeleteLast year for Christmas we went to Target for lots of Thomas-related purchase because most of their videos come with a free wooden train. Plus we bought him a Thomas eating dish set that had a coupon for a free train that came in the mail.
Gotta love deals on a hobby/obsession that is not usually very frugal.
