Well I picked up the Kiddies Christmas Pictures today and they are so Cute!!!! You should of seen the waiting room at the Picture Studio....so glad I went when I did!!! Also has to make a Walmart run...as my son was all out of his morning cereal...Oh No! Can't have that...picked up a few things as well on the Christmas List too......trying to get finished!! I also bought a box of Eyebrow Wax strips...and guess what when I got home, I opened up the box...for some reason before putting it in the bathroom closet and to my surprise there were NO wax strips in the box!!! Someones had already taken them out...they were nice enough to leave the finishing oil though...I cannot believe it....this has never happened to me before...I called Walmart and they said to bring it back and they will replace it......For someone to steal $5.00 worth of wax strips....are you serious......I am still in shock about the whole thing!!!!

Also had a chance to go to Toys R Us with sis tonight...they are having a GREAT 2-day sale...today 5-closing and tomorrow until noon...they have Tad by Leapfrog for only $13.49(half price!) .....and Fisher Price ride-ons for only $19.99 ($10 off)..the have many more great deals as well!!

More Christmas shopping!!

Just ordered some Christmas presents off of Amazon. I got some great deals plus everything I ordered qualified for free super saving shipping. I just want to get all of this Christmas shopping done. And I have a growing mound of toys in my attic that need to be wrapped. It is so hard to wrap gifts when your kids are around. So I will have to wait to wrap my presents until my daughter is out with her Mom Mom. Today was a good day though, went grocery shopping, and then went over my sisters for some Pizza. Haley just loves going over there and so does my son, I mean really he just loves climbing all of the steps. He doesn't get to do that at home because we live in a rancher, (and I am glad about that). I am heading to bed myself, but I am going to call my hubby real quick, I am so excited he is coming home tomorrow. I often think how weird it is going to be when he will be home all the time after we move to Florida, I am so used to him being away sometimes I forget what it was like to have him home regularly. I know that the kids can't wait. Haley wishes everyday was Friday because that is when her daddy comes home. We'll goodnight talk to you soon.

The Cost to Eat.....

Being as frugal as I am there is one area in which it seems the costs are rising....the Grocery Bill each week!! I remember I use to spend about $50 a week for our family on groceries...now it is up to about $70 a week!!!! The price of milk alone is outrageous...$3.50 a gallon...WOW!! At 4-5 gallons a week it starts to add up fast!! I still coupon clip alot, but the items are just not as great a deal as they used to be......Eggs, juice, bread, cereal, yogurt....they all just keep rising!! I try my hardest to shop around and when something goes on sale I really stock up....but can't always do that...who wants old bread and sour milk...LOL...LOL Now I try to get somethings at Walmart, few other things at Target , and some at ShopRite and even Wegmans... It is a little more running around, but I do not go to every store each week....I wait until I compile a decent list for that store and then I make a run there...OR if there is a great sale and coupons for an item I run there as well....a little faster of course!!! Man, I sure miss all the FREE Wegmans coupons they were passing out a few months back.....they were great!!! Now I only ever get ShopRite coupons for $10 off a $100 or more purchase....I get excited now when I do not have to use that coupon...LOL...LOL
Well I just had to rant a bit...Feeling a bit better now!!! Feel free to offer any tips you may have....I can always use them!!

Well, hubby surprised me last night and shaved off his mustache......In 10 years...this is the VERY 1st time seeing him without one!!!! And I LOVE IT!!! He looks like whole new man....I just cannot stop staring at him...LOL...LOL !!! My son asked him " Daddy who stole your mustache??"" We just cracked up...LOL... Well I mailed out my Christmas cards yesterday...I know a little early, but last year I waited until the very end and the line to get stamps at the post office was a nightmare!!! I wised up a little this year!! This year I got the photo cards online and just had to stuff them in the envie and address them...so Easy!! I'm loving technology these days!!

It's been so long.........

It has been so long since I have last written that now I don't even know where to start. We'll Black Friday was a huge success me and my sister racked up the deals. My sons first birthday party was on Saturday, and that too went great. He got a lot of great toys which he was in need of because all he had to play with were his older sister's stuff. He was in major need of boy related toys. Plus it is great having two kids so close in age, because Haley felt as though she got new toys as well. We'll today I just decorated for Christmas, although I don't have my Christmas tree up yet. I am hoping this year to get a real one so hopefully on Saturday me and my hubby will go and pick one out. I think Haley will really like picking out a tree. Plus I figure since this is my last Christmas home before moving to Florida, I better get a real tree while I can. I might be stuck with a palm tree next year. JK We'll going to put my daughter to sleep, she just came in and asked me to lay with her, so I know she is tired. Goodnight

A Leafy Day...

Today was all about the leaves...and raking and blowing them of course....We had to spend the day outside getting the leaves to the curb for pick-up this week. Man...I was so tired.....I love my trees in the summer when they shade the patio, but now when hubby and I have to rake them they are not exactly so wonderful...LOL My son helped too.....he was a big help, and had sooo much fun jumping in the big leaf piles....(I can still remember when I was a kid and the FUN we had in the big leaf piles!) It was also Christmas Decorating Day at our house today too!! YEAH!! My favorite time of year!! We decorated the Christmas Tree, put up the stockings, decorations inside, outside lights, and wreaths too!! It was a great day!!!! We even sung and danced to Christmas songs!! (My sons favorite part!!!) My daughter loved dancing to the music too!!
