Philly Half Off serves the Tri-State Area of Pennsylvania, NJ, and Delaware. You simply order your gift certificates online with a credit card and they will be mailed to you with in 7-10 business days. A shipping and handling fee is applied to each order. For the certificate I added to my cart it added $3.75 for S&H. Also be sure to read the terms on each gift certificate...some state that you must use the whole amount at one time!!
