If you purchased any make-up at Macy's between 1994-2004 you are eligible to participate in this freebie. Lost your receipt?? LOL LOL Not to worry, you do not need to show your receipt or proof of the make-up purchase from that time frame. You will just simply need to fill out a short form stating you purchased make-up between that time frame at the store.
