P&G and Sam's Club have teamed up for this promotion. Spend $50 on P&G products now through January 31, 2009 at your local Sam's Club and receive a $10 Sam's gift card by mail. The purchases do not all have to be made in one transaction either!!
Then just simply circle the P&G items on your Sam's receipt/receipts, print this form here, fill it out, and them send it off by February 14th, 2009. You should receive your gift card in about 6-8 weeks. Limit one per household/name.
