Just ordered some Christmas presents off of Amazon. I got some great deals plus everything I ordered qualified for free super saving shipping. I just want to get all of this Christmas shopping done. And I have a growing mound of toys in my attic that need to be wrapped. It is so hard to wrap gifts when your kids are around. So I will have to wait to wrap my presents until my daughter is out with her Mom Mom. Today was a good day though, went grocery shopping, and then went over my sisters for some Pizza. Haley just loves going over there and so does my son, I mean really he just loves climbing all of the steps. He doesn't get to do that at home because we live in a rancher, (and I am glad about that). I am heading to bed myself, but I am going to call my hubby real quick, I am so excited he is coming home tomorrow. I often think how weird it is going to be when he will be home all the time after we move to Florida, I am so used to him being away sometimes I forget what it was like to have him home regularly. I know that the kids can't wait. Haley wishes everyday was Friday because that is when her daddy comes home. We'll goodnight talk to you soon.
Being as frugal as I am there is one area in which it seems the costs are rising....the Grocery Bill each week!! I remember I use to spend about $50 a week for our family on groceries...now it is up to about $70 a week!!!! The price of milk alone is outrageous...$3.50 a gallon...WOW!! At 4-5 gallons a week it starts to add up fast!! I still coupon clip alot, but the items are just not as great a deal as they used to be......Eggs, juice, bread, cereal, yogurt....they all just keep rising!! I try my hardest to shop around and when something goes on sale I really stock up....but can't always do that...who wants old bread and sour milk...LOL...LOL Now I try to get somethings at Walmart, few other things at Target , and some at ShopRite and even Wegmans... It is a little more running around, but I do not go to every store each week....I wait until I compile a decent list for that store and then I make a run there...OR if there is a great sale and coupons for an item I run there as well....a little faster of course!!! Man, I sure miss all the FREE Wegmans coupons they were passing out a few months back.....they were great!!! Now I only ever get ShopRite coupons for $10 off a $100 or more purchase....I get excited now when I do not have to use that coupon...LOL...LOL

Well, hubby surprised me last night and shaved off his mustache......In 10 years...this is the VERY 1st time seeing him without one!!!! And I LOVE IT!!! He looks like whole new man....I just cannot stop staring at him...LOL...LOL !!! My son asked him " Daddy who stole your mustache??"" We just cracked up...LOL... Well I mailed out my Christmas cards yesterday...I know a little early, but last year I waited until the very end and the line to get stamps at the post office was a nightmare!!! I wised up a little this year!! This year I got the photo cards online and just had to stuff them in the envie and address them...so Easy!! I'm loving technology these days!!

My poor son has been sick since last night. This is the first time he has really gotten sick since he was born. He threw up last night, and would got up every two hours last night. And tonight I thought I was in the clear when both kids were sleeping by 9:00 but then my son woke up at 9:15 and threw up all. But I got him all washed up gave him some motrin for his fever, and he went right back to sleep. I hope he doesn't get sick again, and sure hope my daughter doesn't get what he has. We'll hopefully he will be better by his birthday party on Saturday. I'm so excited that black Friday is only a couple days away, I am ready to rack up the deals. I am doing so good with my Christmas shopping this year, I mean I even came up with a great gift idea for my dad's fiance. Although my husband told me he wanted something for Christmas and I had to guess what it was but after about an hour of guessing I gave up. I am stumped. I mean he told me it wasn't anything for his motorcycle, it wasn't clothes, or even car related. My husband is so hard to buy for and I feel like I never get the right gift. Today I did the usual grocery shopping thing. I had to buy a lot of items for my sons first birthday party which is next Saturday. I can't believe he is going to be one, I mean it has flown by. Watching my kids grow up is the greatest, I mean it teaches you to appreciate every moment because time really does fly by. I mean my daughter isn't even three and she corrects me when I say "where are my babies?", she says "no mommoy your baby and big girl". Me and my husband always told her when she used the potty she would be a big girl and now that she uses the potty she only likes to be called a big girl. Although I always tell her she will always be my baby, now matter how old. She just laughs!! My hubby isn't coming home till tommorow morning, but he will have a long thanksgiving day weekend. Which is good becasue me and my sister are headed out 5 am sharp on black Friday to get the deals. I plan on having both of my kids and my niece and nephew done by Friday night. As my son always asks everyday....is it going to be a home day today??? Well, today was his favorite kind of day...A Home Day!!! We had a fun-filled day of playing cars, playing Dora Candy land, making a Corn craft, playing trains, and MORE!! Home days are the best, so relaxing, and snuggle fest time with the kiddies...my favorite part!!...LOL My son amazed me today....when someone took a toy from his sister today he said so politely to the little boy...excuse me, could you please share the toy with my sister too.....I was so impressed..he is a big brother and was protecting his sister today...I was so touched!! It is so amazing the bond the two of them share. It's awesome!!

I am At my Dad's right now, doing wash of course. Although Haley and Nick are both sleeping so I am enjoying some much needed quiet time. I am not feeling so well, so it is nice just to sit down and relax. I think my sister gave me her cold, thanks Tanya. Oh , and I also have some good news to report I was able to find my dryer stacking kit, and I will be able to pick it up in Pennsauken on Thursday. I love ABC Appliance!! Home Depot on the other hand is a different story. Today is suprisingly warm, although it started out a rainy dreary day. I can't believe that thanksgiving is less than two weeks away! Well today was a little bit messy....It all started when I told my son we were heading out to the grocery store....He despises ShopRite...LOL First off I decided to go to a new store that just opened up around us, instead of the usual store (My 1st mistake)......So the usual 1 hour shopping trip quickly turned into 1.5 hours...lucky me...LOL ( As I do not know where anything is in this store!!) I was trying to find the Mozzarella cheese that was on sale so I could make lasagna for dinner tonight, figures they have NONE!! I was told by an employee it should arrive shortly if I would like to wait....young guy....probably doesn't have any kids yet...has no clue as to why I cannot hang around to wait for the cheese to arrive soon to the store.....Oh, Buddy I wish I had the time to wait.....LOL .....SO much for my dinner plans...as they were pretty much changed at that very moment. So now we are off to find my son his Lunchable Jr's...and of course he likes the ham, cracker, and cheese combo and they have everything but..naturally! Back and forth from isle to isle we go and then back to revisit a few isles again....forgot a few things here and there....SO FINALLY...we are rockin and rolling on out to the checkouts!! YEAH!! Not so fast...the bagger we have likes to put only a few items in each bag...so now we have TONS of bags with two items in each, not to mention there is No where to put all the bags.....Of course, we had to get an airplane cart and my daughter in her carrier takes up one whole basket so I have only one small basket for the groceries.....The bagger just kept piling them higher and higher.....Wait, then there is a problem with one of my coupons...have to call a manager...after a wait of a few minutes we are done....now we have to return the movie to the redbox in the front of the store....my son is not too happy...he would like to watch "The Robinson's" just one more time.....after a small talk he agrees that it is the next little boys turn to borrow it and we will be sure to add the movie to his Santa Wish list as soon as we get home. So out the door we head....not so fast...as we are exiting the store one of the bags falls to the ground the gallon of milk and ice cream topple out, milk everywhere......Yes, all over......whole gallon all over me, the ground, the cart..... Well I guess if I wanted to end the shopping trip right this was the right way to do it!!!! LOL LOL
I think next week i will go back to my regular Shop Rite....much less excitement there!!

Well today was a shopping day......trying to finish up the Christmas shopping before the stores get WAY too crowded!! My plan did not exactly work....Christmas Tree Shops was PACKED to the Gills!!! I did find some great deals...but only really got threw half of the store, since EVERY isle was so jam packed! I guess I was not the only one with the Early Christmas shopping idea....LOL If you have never been there it is a great place to go...they always have new stuff, at great prices.....but if you see something you like...better buy it, OR next time you go it will be gone...I speak from experience!! We also made some retuns today......they are the absolute WORST!!! We are still trying to hang up our new TV....hubby cannot find the right wall mount bracket.....AHH!! We have bought and returned way too MANY!!! The TV thing is going about as good as Tash's laundry Fiasko...we just can't catch a break!! Hubby FINALLY ordered one online tonight.....so hopefully soon we can watch it....out of the box and turned on that is!!!

Hello to all, right now I am currently at my Dad's doing laundry. I have not done laundry in 4 days so I will proabably be here till dinner time. Lucky me! See my new washer and dryer got delivered yesterday, but without the stacking kit which allows us to stack the dryer on top of the washer we cannot use the either one. We have had nothing but problems with Home depot which is the store we purchased the washer and dryer from. They told us they would have a stacking kit by Nov. 5. But when I called yesterday the salesman told me that they have been unable to get these stacking kits from Maytag for some reason and he has no idea whern they will be getting one in. He said he is having the same problem with another customer of his. It is just frustrating that we bought this particular washer and dryer becasue it is stackable, and now we can't even stack it. We'll that is enough venting about my Home Depot problem. And hopefully I will be doing wash again at my house by next week. And As we speak my husband is putting down my kitchen floor. So things are moving along. But I probably have another 4 weeks before it is completely done. As long as we are completed by Christmas Eve I will be happy, I just want to have a Christmas open house with my new kitchen. Last night me and my hubby dropped the kids off at my in laws so we could pick out a kitchen floor, and then my husband wanted to stop at walmart to get Haley a toy because he said he promised her one. So we went to walmart and he said he wanted to get her a Dora back pack. We walked around that store 2 times and couldn't find one. So I kept telling him to get this puppy toy that was in a cage with a dog bone, food, water dish, and grooming tools but he said that she wouldn't like that. So we made a bet; we each picked out a toy, he decided to go with a dora back pack chair, (it was the closest thing he could find). I was confident she would like the puppy toy better, and low and behold when we walked into my in-laws house she went crazy when she say the puppy in the cage. The Dora seat she looked at, said thank you and went right back to the puppy. Needless to say my husband owes me a back massage. So since I will be doing all this wash today I think I will redeem my massage tonight. It was fun though to win that bet, I always loose bets with my husband. I will enjoy every moment of that massage. We'll I will talk to you all tommorow have a great day.

I was getting ready to doze off when I remembered I didn't post today. So here I am. I got off the phone with my hubby not to long ago, we were just talking about the kids and of course the fact that he is getting more tatoo work done on his arm on thursday. Which I am not too excited about. I do not have one tatoo, my husband on the other hand has too many. Or I like to say enough for the both of us. He informed me that one tatoo that covers his whole arm, isn't finished yet and that is what he is getting work on. He mine as well just get it all colored black. I mean how much more ink does he need? JK I just think it is funny how different me and my hubby are about this, but that is what makes our relationship so exciting I guess. I mean if we agreed on everything what fun would it be? It would make life boring. (Even if he one day is covered head to toe with tatoos, I will still love him. Although hopefully that won't happen.) I probably just jinxed myself. We'll Goodnight to all. Hopefully I don't have any nightmares about my husband's tatoos.
Since the kids are asleep I thought I would write. I must admit though I am obsessed with doing my christmas shopping online. I mean I love to go to toysrus and then amazon and compare prices, and suprisingly amazon is cheaper about 75% of the time. And the best thing is every toy I am interested in buying at amazon.com is included in their super saver shipping which means it ships free. Thats why I love shopping online, you get good deals and the kids don't have to be dragged to all these stores. Plus the best part is I don't risk Haley seeing a glimpse of her christmas presents. But somehow I distracted her and slipped them under the cart and she never noticed, but that was just luck. Unfortunately, I am not feeling so hot today....I have my first cold of the season....of course I get something first and it is a cold.....figures! Hopefully tomorrow I feel a little bit better...I will begin slurping the Chicken Soup a little earlier tomorrow than today, maybe that's the trick. I made BBQ chicken for dinner in the crock-pot and it tasted like air....the one night I actually cook something good and I can't even taste it...hubby said it was good though (and he's my biggest critic). My son was a doll today he knew I did not feel well and he was covering me all up with the blanket, passing me his bed pillow, and being OH such a little helper! It's like they know just when you need them to be such perfect little angels!! Well I am off to bed....I know so early like an old lady....Oh Well call me what you will...I feel like an Old, Old sick lady tonight!!
