Well, my little guy is all about helping in the kitchen these days!! He just loves to help mix things, get the ingredients out, put things into the oven (before turned on, of course!), and show off his yummy creations!!! So on his new adventure of helping to cook in the kitchen I have been trying to find new recipes for him to make almost all by himself. Here is a great recipes for mini pizzas that are very easy for kiddies to make......
You will need:
1 can of Refrigerated Biscuits (8 biscuits)
1 can of Refrigerated Biscuits (8 biscuits)
1 cup of Pizza Sauce
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 package sliced pepperoni (3.5 oz. size)
First open up the package of biscuits and press each biscuit into about 6-inch round shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet. Next top with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni (or topping of your choice). Next place in oven and bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown and cheese is melted.
Make 8 yummy mini pizzas.

My son just loves it when we make these for lunch!!! He especially likes to make his sister a pizza and me one too!! He thinks it is so cool to make lunch for everyone....he always says...."Just like Cailou makes breakfast for his family". (from a Caliou book we have)
Do you have any kid-friendly recipes to share?? My son is always up to learning how to make a new one...LOL...LOL
